Healthy chia pudding with banana
chia pudding for 2 persons
For 1-2 persons
• 250ml of coconut milk (you can use almond, soy, hazelnut, rice milk...)
• 8 teaspoons of chia seeds, you can put less :) I like when there are a lots of chia seeds, I like when they are crunchy :)
• 1 tablespoon of honey or anything you like for taste
• 4 pressed bananas (i do not add any sweetener, even honey as bananas are enough)
Mix all ingredients and leave them in fridge, preferably overnight or at least 3 hours. The seeds will absorb almost all the fluid and swell.
Serve as you want! :)
You can add any chopped fruits or minced walnuts, pistachios ...
