Chia seed pudding
the simplest raw pudding ever ๐ฎ๐ฅฐ
Ingredients:
• 250ml of water ๐ฆ, of course you can use almond, coconut, rice, oat, barley milk ๐ฅ
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds ๐ฅ๐ฅ
• I "got off" the sugar ๐ช so I don't need sweeteners, and you can add maple syrup or honey ๐ค
Preparation:
๐ฅ In 250ml of liquid, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds ๐ฅ๐ฅ and stir for a few minutes, until the chia is evenly distributed ๐ค
โ Leave in the fridge, or not ;) or the best is to leave it overnight or for at least 3 hours
โ The seed should absorb almost all the liquid and swell
โ You can add any chopped fruit or dried fruit, or half a teaspoon of cocoa ๐ฅฐ
