What seed cycling is?
Seed cycling supports the interaction between the hormone estrogen and progesterone, the main female reproductive hormones. Seed cycling is the consumption of flax seeds, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower.
📌How do seeds affect the body?
The seeds calm the intense hormonal changes during the cycle and restore balance. The seeds contain lignan, essential fatty acids, zinc, selenium.
📌How to do seed cycling?
Seed cycling is performed in two phases of the menstrual cycle.
🥑 In the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle, which lasts from the first day of menstruation until ovulation (14 days) boosters of estrogen, a hormone crucial for this phase, are needed. At this stage, you will take one tablespoon of flax and pumpkin seeds every day until ovulation.
🥑 In the second phase of the menstrual cycle, the luteal phase, which comes after ovulation and lasts until the beginning of the next menstruation, and in which the main hormone is progesterone, take one spoon of sunflower seeds and sesame seeds every day.
And all over again, from 1st day of menza, start with flax and pumpkin and then after 14 days start with sunflower and sesame.
It is important that you consume all the seeds unprocessed, and grind the flax and sunflower seeds!
It needs to be carried out regularly for three months to see results, and it can become a new daily habit if this therapy works ;)
Good luck! 😍
