Green smoothie for strengthening immunity
Green vegetables have a lot of vitamins, minerals, fibers, chlorophyll and amino acids, which are essential components of protein and that's all we need for health.
Green smoothie is ideal for after party or after a long weekend and crazy clubbing.
(for 2 persons)
- 4 bananas (I like frozen bananas because they have a better taste)
- 500 ml of water
- 8 - 10 blades of spinaq or kale
- 2 lemons
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix for 1-3 minutes.
Every morning until next weekend ;)
