Components:
π 4 bananas (frozen bananas have a better taste)
π¦ 500 ml of filtered / solar or plain water
π 8 - 10 blades of spinaq or kale
π 2 lemons
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix for 1-3 minutes π«
You drink the drink immediately, in small sips π
Every morning until next weekend π
