Coconut Beach Club In Münster, Germany, opened its doors to open air party with Gerd Janson on May 21th 2020.

The first German rave since coronavirus

The event had a total of 100 attendees, as many as are currently allowed, while the club can normally accommodate 1500 to 2000 people.

The ticket price was € 70, and as measures are relaxed, the plan is to increase the club's capacity to 250 people with much cheaper tickets.

The party was approved and held under strict measures and rules of coronavirus defense, and it looks like this:

- mandatory protective mask;
- everyone gets their circle on the dance floor, marked with chalk or artificial grass in which they can dance;
- everyone has their place at the table;
- physical distance 1.5 meters.

In their own circle party members were able to take off their masks so that they would not endanger anyone.

Club manager Thomas Pieper told that there is no profit from such events.

The goal of the party was to cover expenses and show signs of life. T

his event was just a test in order to investigate whether such parties are hygienically and financially viable.

Rave safe ;)
