Nettle soup
This is the recipe I use for raw nettle soup :)
🍵 For the soup, pick young nettles, which have not bloomed, and be sure to do so with gloves 🧤
This delicious soup has an almost silky texture 😊
Ingredients:
2 handfuls of nettle tops ☘️
1 avocado 🥑
1 green apple 🍏
1 cucumber 🥒
1-2 stalks of celery or fresh fennel 🥬🥬
1 spring onion 🧅
juice of 1 lime 🍋
fresh mint leaves or other fresh herbs to taste
a pinch of sea salt,
red paprika powder
1-3 cups of water or nut milk 🥜
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and add 1 cup of liquid.
Stir until creamy.
Add more water as needed until you reach the desired density.
Enjoy your nettle soup 🥰
