The month of May's Flower Full Moon embodies the abundance of the season, with a range of medicinal herbs beginning to bloom in gardens, yards, forests and meadows. I am currently in Poreč, Croatia, a seaside town with lots of surrounding forests and meadows.

Gather Flowers 💐
Honorably harvest fresh flowers from your garden or pick up some from your local market. Choose blossoms that bring you joy and symbolize abundance and beauty.
Create a Sacred Space 🕯️
Find an outdoor spot or somewhere in your home you can view the moon. Adorn your chosen sacred space with the flowers and any other items that ground you into the knowing of nature's generosity.
Ground & Center 🧘🏽♀️
Sit comfortably in your sacred space. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and visualize roots extending from your full body into the Earth and your life force energy expanding around you.
Moonlit Contemplation 👁️
Gaze at the full moon and contemplate what wholeness means to you and how it relates to nature. What in nature demonstrates generosity? Where in your life have you experienced generosity? How can you cultivate gratitude for what you have? Count your blessings and journal while allowing the light of the full moon to wash over you.
Flower Offering 🌹
Leave your flowers until you feel the energy needs to shift. Offer your flowers to the Earth or to a natural water source with many thanks and gratitude for the abundance in your life and the generosity of nature.
