Lounch for 2 hungry people🍴

You need:
1 small cauliflower
1 small broccoli
6 big mushrooms
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
salt & pepper
How to make it:
Steam it up! Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Steam them for about 7–8 minutes till soft but still a bit crunchy.
Boil the sweets! Peel and chop sweet potatoes, then boil till soft — around 8 minutes.
Mushroom magic! Take out the stems, fill each cap with sesame seeds, a pinch of salt, and a tiny drop of coconut oil. Bake or pan-cook for 8 minutes.
Serve it sexy!
Put sweet potatoes on the plate, top with veggies, mushrooms on the side, and add few slices coconut cheese as well as avocado.
Boom 💥 — colorful, cozy, and totally vegan and bread free meal.
