You should drink 2 liters of waters per day, and you can feel the difference in your body: glowing skin, weight loss & boosted/good immune system!
Water is the basic valuable element for healthy living.
Water helps us live longer, our bodies need high amounts of water, because it’s essential. Our body is made of 75% water, if the percentage of water in our bodies gets decreased by only 2% our metabolism gets dehydrated and slow.
It’s recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
The process of providing our body sufficient amounts of water, lasts 2 to 3 days.
Follow the rules for better learning:
* Drink at least 2 liters of water per day, avoid drinking mineral.
* The ideal amount of water you should drink is one glass per hour.
* Increase the amount of water you drink, during exercise (don’t drink alcohol, coffee, tea instead of water).
* In the morning, drink one glass of water, so your organism stays hydrated while you are sleeping.
* Drink a glass of water 5 minutes before lunch and dinner, to reduce hunger and appetite.
* If you notice that your urine is white it means that your organism has the required amount of water, but if your urine is yellow it means that your body is dehydrated and you have to increase the amount of water your drink per day.
