Ideal soup of Asparagus
When you have the best husband ever and after job time, asparagus soup is waiting for you :)
Yummy :) We just started using asparagus last year after founding out we can eat product of Kosovo :)
What you need to know about Asparagus:
Asparagus is rich in nutrients, contains vitamins A, K, B, C and E, folic acid, iron, copper, fiber, manganese, potassium, chlorine, zinc, magnesium and selenium and asparagus is low in calories. 100 g asparagus contains only 20 calories!
Preparation of asparagus soup
250 grams of asparagus
1 teaspoon of oil (which you use) or 1 cube of butter
1 tbsp dry spice
1.5-2l of water in which you cooked asparagus
1. Boil asparagus for 3-4 minutes.
2. Fry garlic on oil.
3. Add cooked asparagus (cut on little peaces)
4, Add spices too.
4. Add asparagus water (water where asparagus was cooked)
5. Leave it cooked for another 10 minutes.
In the plate of this soup, while serving, you can also put a tablespoon of greek yougurt.
