I have started seed cycling
The Ayurvedic practice of the seed cycle (seed cycling) achieves a balance of the menstrual cycle, hormones, body and mind, consuming certain seeds in different phases of the menstrual cycle.
I had no idea that I have already started with this method π§
A couple of years ago when I was studying polycystic ovaries and how to get rid of hormonal acne , and I came across consuming flax seeds for 15 days followed by sunflower seeds for 15 days and all that in a circle. I have less inflammatory acne, but that hate condition is still there, as well as tingling legs π¦Άπ»
And I almost came across the research of more nutritionists, gynecologists, dermatologists who recommend seed cycling, enriching the diet with different seeds during the phases of the cycle, which contribute to the establishment of hormonal balance when the body has different needs in different phases of the cycle.
π₯ In the follicular phase (time from the 1st day of menstruation to ovulation, 14 days) use 1 tablespoon of pumpkin and flax seeds, daily.
π₯ Then, in the luteal phase (time from ovulation to the beginning of menstruation), 1 tablespoon of sunflower and sesame seeds, daily.
All these seeds should be ground.
In Kosovo, you can find them now in all major big markets, health food stores, and markets at booth number 6 ππ» 100g of flaxseed is 50 cents π€©
Sunflower white, peeled, and without salt. There is in Kosovo, Vitalia from Macedonia, 100 gr is 60 cents π
