itโ€™s time to bust some food myths! :) You might think that everything you eat turns into energy and health, but the truth is, some foods do more harm than good. So, hereโ€™s a list of the biggest mistakes to avoid if you want to stay energetic, healthy, and not feel like you've been "run over by a tractor" :D :P

Avoid the following big diet mistakes

๐Ÿšซ Dairy products – Think milk strengthens your bones? Nope, it mostly strengthens mucus in your body! It’s a major culprit for clogged sinuses, inflammation, and that sluggish feeling.

๐Ÿฅฉ Proteins (meat, beans, nuts, seeds) – You might be thinking, “I need strength, proteins are key!” But the truth is, they’re hard to digest and can overload your kidneys and joints. Imagine your organs carrying a sack of potatoes uphill—that’s what happens with these foods!

๐ŸŒพ Grains – This one’s a shocker! Grains act like glue in your intestines—literally sticking and causing chaos. Mucus and inflammation are their specialty.

๐Ÿฅ‘ Fats (oils, nuts, seeds, avocado) – Even though they sound healthy, fats also contribute to mucus and inflammation. So, less fat, more fresh foods!

๐Ÿ’Š Isolates (vitamins, minerals, medications) – They lack balanced chemistry and are often just expensive chemicals in a pill. Industrial food packed with additives? Big NO!

โ˜• Stimulants (salt, coffee, chocolate, sugar, alcohol) – Short-term boost, long-term damage. Your adrenal glands are begging, "Please, stop!". Instead of salt, try seaweeds—Dulse, Irish Moss, Kelp, Nori—nature’s gift!

๐ŸŒถ Hot peppers – They can warm you up, but also set your insides on fire (literally). If you must, go for Cayenne—but in small doses!

โšก Microwaved food and drinks – It literally kills everything alive. If you want to eat dead food, go ahead. A better option? Throw your microwave out the window (just don’t hit your neighbor!).

๐Ÿ… Cooked tomatoes – Very acidic, can mess with your pH balance. Fresh is always better!

๐Ÿฅ„ Three meals a day? Pff! – The best is 1-2 meals a day, 1-6 days a week. You really don’t need to eat all the time, you’re not a factory!

๐Ÿ” Overeating – Eat when you’re really hungry, not out of boredom or stress.

๐ŸŒ™ Eating at night – Nothing worse than going to bed with a full stomach. Your last meal should be at least 3-4 hours before sleeping, or you’ll be dreaming about fighting lions in your stomach.

๐Ÿ‰ Food combining – Sweet fruit and vegetables are not the best team. It’s best to eat fruit in the morning on an empty stomach and vegetables later. Wrong combinations lead to fermentation, and fermentation… well, let’s just say it’s not sexy.

๐Ÿš€ Conclusion: Less mucus, less inflammation, more energy, more health! Be smart about what you put in your stomach—your body will thank you.
