Regardless of whether you are cycling or not :D it is important to consume an ample amount of water :D
You can safely drink anywhere from 2 to 5 liters of water :)
The recommended amount is 30 ml of water per kilogram of body weight.
One of the key aspects is to drink water consistently throughout the day, even when you are not feeling thirsty ;)
It is advisable to drink water 30 minutes before meals and one to two hours after meals. And DO NOT EVER drink water immediately after a meal!
The best temperature for water is around 15°C, as it is considered ideal for the human body. Drinking water at this temperature helps the body avoid unnecessary stress.
Knowing the pH value of the water you drink is crucial :) I learned about this when I started educating myself about plant cultivation in Luxembourg ;)
The pH value ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Acidity ranges from 0 to 6.9, while alkalinity ranges from 7.1 to 14.
It is important to understand that any imbalance in the pH value of our body, whether it becomes too acidic or too alkaline, can make us susceptible to sensitivity and illness.
The most suitable water for drinking and for our body is water with a pH value of 8 and above!
