Thyme tea

- Pour one tablespoon of thyme with 2 dl of boiled water, cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
- Then proceed.
- Consume it several times a day.

Drink the tea freshly prepared and always cover it, otherwise its medicinal ingredients will evaporate. You can also drink thyme tea for headaches, migraines and irritability. In that case, you can also add a little dried rosemary to the tea.

Note: Thyme tea and tincture are not intended for pregnant women because they act as a stimulant to the uterus and can lead to abortion.

Harvest
The plant is harvested from May to September. If you harvest it yourself, do not pluck the whole plant, but use scissors to cut only the upper, medicinal plants, the leaves and flowers.
