300 grams of fresh juicy leaves of housekeeper, got from friends who already have a lot.
I just have a few of them on the balcony I planted. They are very easy to plant.
Separate leaf by leaf and put in water, room temperature.
I add a zeolite. Leave for a minimum of 20 minutes soaked.
After 20 minutes,put in a blender.
Use chopper if you have it, it's better;)
After blanding it looks like this.
In that I add 500g of honey, I wrap the jar and I use it immediately, every morning on an empty stomach.
